« Chambre très propre, lit confortable! L’hôtel est bien situé, très proche de tout! Par contre, très bruyant à l’extérieur et la chambre n’était pas isolée! On entendait absolument tout de l’extérieur comme si on y était! Des gens mangeaient, criaient et riaient très fort en dessous de notre fenêtre fermée jusqu’à 4h du matin ce qui nous a littéralement empêcher de dormir! De plus, nous avons réservé une suite avec chambre séparée et ils n’ont pas honoré notre réservation! Ils nous ont donné...

« Hôtel moyennement bien rénové : grande chambre bien insonorisée (sauf le parquet qui grince), grand lit double confortable, mais salle de bain obsolète. Une douche dangereuse dans une baignoire fermée par une vitre en 2 parties qui se rabat en accordéon à l'intérieur, mais impossible à ouvrir contre soi après la douche, ce qui oblige à une gymnastique périlleuse pour sortir de la baignoire sans glisser sur les 60 cm restants du côté de la partie supérieure, arrondie et en pente. "2 nights in Innsbruck. The hotel is in a good location within easy walking distance of the centre. The hotel has character and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast to a high standard. Comparing prices to other hotels during the same period, the price is expensive but competitive. For the price, however there are some things that can be improved. First the check-in / front desk personnel can learn to smile and be more friendly. Yes they were efficient, and perhaps having to work in the Christmas period is no fun … but smiling cots nothing. Second. There is tea in the room, but no coffee. When we asked we were told that they don’t put coffee in the room. I think this is the first hotel I have stayed in anywhere in the world that doesn’t offer both. So slightly disappointed with our stay.. "
