Great location! 5 minute walk from the train station. Close to the main attractions with excellent transport links. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were all very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very well organised with excellent selection. Gluten free options were provided when requested. Would definitely stay again. Very impressed with Innsbruck. Hotel provided us with a free welcome card that provided numerous discounts and free local transport.

Our stay was excellent and our family loved the rooms and amenities. The employee who checked us in made a concerted effort to find a restaurant to suit my wife's palette.. she spoke Spanish fuently.. many thanks to her.. highly recommended hotel for families too. They have interconnecting rooms and the hotel helped us with arranging these rooms for our family.. our kids were thrilled and so were we.
