As busy as it was downtown, parking etc would have been terrible! The parking here is very inexpensive, safe and closely! The two girls who checked us in were very friendly and said they were substituting for their friend who was on vacation! The Christmas markets were very very crowded so getting back to the hotel was very welcome! The shower in the bathroom had a handheld and a nice rain head. I could have stayed under the shower for an hour! He answered all our questions about the area. The room was just perfect! We do not need a lot of space for one night so the room was just right. The view was AMAZING! The room had everything we need; hot shower with great water pressure, fridge, coffee machine, kettle for hot tea, kitchen sink, dishes, extra pillows and blankets to keep us warm at night, and extras like tea and coffee. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
