We had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff members were exceptional from the reception ordering a taxi to Monica ensuring we had croissants “to go” on the way to the train station at 6 am! I highly recommend this hotel. Great location and beautiful rooms.

The staff, all of them, were warm, welcoming and helpful. They made us feel happy to be there. Being in the old town was so very good. The restaurant served nice dinners and the breakfast was fabulous. The room was very nice and again made us feel happy to be there

This was a very nice higher end hotel right down in Old Town for a decent price. They were very helpful also as when I made the reservation I only made it for one person instead of for a couple so they found a larger room with a slightly increased price but that was fine. The breakfasts were fantastic and the location is just what you want. Very nice modern hotel in a very old building.
