The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is also good, close to the train station and restaurants! Totally recommend!

Room was clean, staff was helpful, however, we need to walk at least 20 minutes to the Nagoya station.

Fantastic stay. If I ever return to the area, this is where I will definitely be staying. Large modern and comfortable room, with amenities such as onsite onsen which you can use. The hotels gives off a very luxurious feel. What's more, it is located right across the train station, making access very convenient.

Staff was very helpful during check-in. The room was as per advertised, clean, big room & good amenities. We like the location. Quiet, close to Tsurumai station, convenience store on 1st floor and other restaurants/cafes.

We went to watch the Grand Prix in Suzuka - as all the buses to the track go from Shiroko this is not a brilliant location. There are not many local facilities within walking distance. The hotel is basically a sex hotel. Its possible to book the rooms by the hour and via a computer screen in reception so no-one has to see you. The rooms are sound proofed, and the decor is very bordello. On the positive side there is a karaoke machine in the room and a gambling machine if thats your thing. There are 7 TV channels - 1 is golf the other 6 are 'adult content'. The bed was rock hard, but as my husband pointed out we were probably the only people actually interested in sleeping in it (gross). There was a jacuzzi bath, and lots of amenities in the bathroom. Its quirky, a bit weird but fairly clean, and if I spoke Japanese I might have realised before i got there it was a brothel.
