Safe, dead end street with just a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach, downtown, downeaster train, dog park, library, bank, grocery store, etc. Maine Turnpike/Rt 1 is only a 10 minute drive, making this location an easy drive to MMC/Portland or SMMC/Biddeford. This home rents for $1600/month plus utilities Oct-May or $1800/month utilities included. Mid- May-Sept it is rented $300/day, 3 day minimum, 12 month lease available @ $2800/month.
