The room had filthy windows, beaten up bathroom door, really old carpet, non working tv. No tissues, had to request wash cloths and toilet paper. Heating/cooling unit missing a cover, exposing a disgusting interior. Very unappealing place. Breakfast area was clean, and plenty of breakfast products.

It was a typical motel/inn experience and a good option to stay for the night. One slight issue was how the key card could get reset by being near to a smartphone or smartwatch, but the staff were very helpful in getting it fixed.

Home Base for 3 nights

Stayed 3 nights as this was our home base for some shopping and sight seeing, Salem Ma to North Conway. The super 8 is dated but it was exactly what we were looking for. Although no fridge in the room, it was clean and comfortable. Most of all the price was very reasonable making the overall value solid. If you’re looking for a place to crash and spend the majority of your time outdoors exploring then this would be a good choice.

Needs updating in a bad way. More lighting, more security, less people living in their cars in the parking lot, more secure entrances. Less smoking near the building. Staff were great at the front desk!

It's an economy hotel. Average plus and don't expect a 3 or 4-star level. Everything was clean. Overall, it was good. The staff was very courteous and helpful mentality folks.

The key card for the door didn't work and the clerk couldn't figure it out. He was still helpful and he made an effort. He also allowed me to check in after hours which I was very thankful for considering I had just got off the plane at 1:30am in a foreign state and I was a woman alone. That ensured my safety.
