Come kick back and enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly renovated home that is walking distance to the beach and downtown Oceanside. After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local breweries, or after visiting Legoland or the San Diego Safari Park, come back to enjoy the modern vibes and gorgeous patio area. Looking forward to your visit! Freshly remodeled vacation home complete with a King Master Bedroom, 1 King bedroom, 2 Queen bedrooms, and a queen pull out sofa in the living area for additional sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom and living room come with TVs. Complete with a fenced-in backyard. Newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen available for your stay. 7-8 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Oceanside Harbor. Located just a short drive from the Carlsbad flower fields and Legoland. New propane BBQ grill is available and shared between both units. You have exclusive access to the entire space. There is a studio that we rent that is above the detached garage, but they have a separate entrance and structure. Just worth noting. I have lived in San Diego for over 30 years and want you to absolutely LOVE your stay here! My team and I will be available 24/7 to answer any questions you have throughout your entire stay. We are very quick to respond should you need anything at all during your stay. The community of Oceanside is considered the best-kept secret in North County Coastal San Diego! The low-key, unpretentious vibe of this beautiful beach town lends itself to a myriad of activities for all ages. Stunning sunsets are infamous as well! The house is located at a beautiful location with ocean views. The neighborhood is also so wonderful, great neighborhood close to shimmering beaches and the area's iconic Oceanside Pier. Downtown is nearby providing access to unique restaurants, charming local cafes, and tasty breweries all just waiting to be explored and within walking distance. From the vibey Tremont Collective to the Thursday morning farmer's market and Thursday evening sunset market, Oceanside has everything you could ever want in a destination. San Diego county is bursting with exciting attractions and you’re under an hour from some of the best – Legoland (10 mins), San Diego Zoo-Safari Park (20 mins), Sea World(30 mins) and the San Diego Zoo (40 mins). Say “hi” to Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland, just an hour away. Put your feet in the sand at one of the ten fantastic local beaches. You can also visit the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art and the Museum of Making Music—all within a 10-20-minute drive. Expect to be able to walk, bike, or short ride everywhere you'll want to go nearby. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. The Oceanside train station is nearby as well. We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay: The minimum age to book is 25. All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise. Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience! Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them: No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking) No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking) Must follow all posted quiet hours No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking) We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. We were traveling with our adult children and 2 grandchildren. The house nicely accommodated our needs. It was well located for our activities. No safety bars in the showers. Slippery tile in the shower. Photos show rugs in all the rooms but there weren’t rugs in all the rooms. Need another nightlight. Plastic mattress cover on one of the beds was terrible. Not needed with our group. Only one flat sheet and no blanket for the air mattress. We did get a blanket the next day but no second sheet. Alan the host was readily available for any questions. This place didn’t have dish washer but that doesn’t stop me from staying here again.
