"We arrived at the property at 10 PM on Friday night. Cleveland had several previous days over 90 degrees. When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe. "Needs some upgrades. Staff was friendly and it is a convenient location to airport. Elevators were not working and the Kureg in my room did not work."

"Very clean hotel and very handicapped accessible. Single King room was very large. Outlet next to my bed didn't work and I didn't realize it until my phone was dead the next morning. No restaurant on site, they have a machine for wine and limited vending. Very few restaurants nearby, none in walking distance, so you'll be using doordash I suppose. The building used to be offices for NASA so it has a decidedly business office ferl to it but interesting 1960s decor"

"We have stayed at this location at least 20 times over the years because it is close to family. This last visit we noticed that the carpet tiles in the entryway are curled up to be a trip hazard We were goven towels with large bands of a black stain. The ice machine on the third floor has been missing for the last two stays. The staff has always been helpful and friendly but some things are out of their control"
