This charming and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch is perfect for large groups, families, or business travelers. The open-concept layout includes a dining area with seating for eight, a large kitchen with an island and seating for four, and a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace (not for use), TV, and a view of the back deck. The master suite features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are also spacious, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. An additional full bath includes dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. The basement is an entertainer\`s dream, featuring a game room with an air hockey/ping pong table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a full pull-out sofa. A smart TV with an N64 game console and four controllers is also available for your enjoyment. For fitness enthusiasts, there\`s an exercise bike on the unfinished side of the basement. Step outside to the back deck to enjoy nature and grill up delicious meals. A propane fire table provides warmth on chillier nights. The attached garage is available for use and contains a treadmill and two bikes, perfect for a ride to the park. This home is in a prime location, close to shopping, restaurants, Cleveland Metroparks, and a short drive to downtown Cleveland and the airport. Experience comfort, convenience, and fun all in one place! There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Any cleanup related to a party or \`gathering\` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused. 🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am. 🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. The neighborhood was so safe and the house was incredibly clean! I had my two kids and in laws with me, there was plenty of room. Since we all come from the Cleveland area in our childhood, it seemed to be a perfect location to rent a home and go to a Guardians game. This home had everything that we were looking for and had space enough to relax. We had an opportunity to communicate with Dan and the owner and we couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness. It's roomy, comfortable and we found it very clean. The open plan was welcomed for our needs. Nice bedding, good mattress, soft sheets, lots of towels, kitchen fully equipped, brand new appliances throughout, wonderful step-out patio, off street parking, plenty hot water, two car garage (also fresh) and basement with games! The neighborhood felt very safe for dog walking. Good quick communications with Owner, if needed. A big Wal-Mart is 5 mins away!
