"I ended up spending more time than expected in the house after catching COVID. I was quite comfortable and had plenty to do. I can say that the kitchen was well equipped - the sink and stove were nicer than my own. The walls between the two halves are quite thin, but the multiple guests were very quiet."

I stayed during the week and the home and the neighborhood were very quiet. The location is minutes from lots of cool restaurants and things to do/see, so it was a great spot to homebase from."

Property owner was very prompt about communication, and the neighborhood was quiet and close to the Army Base which was the reason for our trip. "I could not even believe what a dump this place was. There wasn’t an even piece of flooring in the place. There were dead bugs all over the window sills. There was a big rotten spot under the sink with mold growing. The stove was just filthy I spent an hour cleaning the kitchen before a roach decided it was clean enough to come out. The air return filter has probably not been changed in years. Drywall was peeling in various places around the ceiling. The only thing that resembled the...

Other than that the only issue we had was towards the end of our stay there started to be a water leak from somewhere don't know where but other than that like I said had a fantastic time.
