« We liked the location and the historic nature of the hotel, but very basic accommodations, our shower was luke warm to cold at best, but the staff was very helpful and tried to make things right at the end of our stay. »

« The staff are genuinely nice and professional. We had returned one night and a car with lots of stuff in it door was open. Unloading, returning or error? Front desk said if no one came in 10 minutes she would close the door. Welcoming atmosphere, clean remodeled room. We stay here several times a year when we return ‘home’ to JC. The staff reflects JC very well. »

« The hotel was very Rundown the hot tub and the pool was very dirty the food for the breakfast buffet was few and far between and not hot the light bulbs were out in the rooms the telephone never worked and the microwave didn't work and there is no restaurants on site or bars on site like it says on their website never will I stay there again »

« One of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t so helpful, but it was a gentleman and also the manager there that were amazing and I really appreciate them only negative there was like a dirt stain on the sheets forgot to bring it to their attention. My overall, it was pretty good. »

« The property was very nice and welcoming. When we walked in, everything smelled clean and fresh with no odors throughout the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and the TV worked well, although I wish there were more local news channels available so guests could stay updated on what’s happening around Kansas City. The only issue we experienced was that the computer/ATM was not working, which took a little extra time. Other than that, breakfast was excellent with no complaints, and check-out was...
