The room we were given had a hole in the wall, 2 of 3 lights did not worn, the AC did not work, was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures. I immediately asked for a refund. The desk clerk asked for phone and email, said they would contact the manager and let me know. I never heard from them again, but did get my credit card info hacked and fraudulent charges by the next morning, using my email. Booked at 154/night, in reality it is more like a 39.99/night hotel or hourly special that I would never stay at. "
