« The hotel is extremely un maintained. We were there for four nights and now once we got her room cleaned, even though we asked. Staff extremely unprofessional don’t answer their phone. Don’t listen to your needs. Also, the parking it was a scam, it’s a third-party service where they charge you and they don’t tell you the amount you get to find out when you check out. Never had service this bad. »

« The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone! »
