Walk to Campus, Aggieville & Downtown Overlooking city park and located blocks from Campus, Downtown and Aggieville, the Thompson House is walking distance from Manhattan’s most popular restaurants, sites and shops. With two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms, featuring trendy furnishings and comfortable spacious areas, everyone can be together at The Thompson House. This renovated home, built in 1912 is ideal for a memorable stay in our special town. Unit 2 at the Thompson House is on the main level. Guests will walk up three stairs to access the main entrance of the property. There is plenty of off-street parking for our guests behind the house. We are proud to have recently brought the Thompson House to market. It might be worth noting that next door is the funeral home and currently there is an incinerator on a trailer in the parking lot, which might be disconcerting for some, specifically my young children who had lots of question about it. We LOVED the house. The little extra touches, I. e. Silk flowers in the rooms; monogrammed “TH”in the house; as well as the super soft white mink like blankets. Close enough to walk to Aggieville Apple drop and when I forgot my makeup bag, Mary Ellen and her cleaning staff made sure I had it before leaving town!
