« This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I should’ve looked at the Google reviews and not just Expedia reviews. I would have noticed that there have been elevators that are not functional for over four months now. That’s ridiculous! « The room was clean but had wear and tear. The toilet handle had to be held down to fully flush. The walls and ceiling had a lot of dings and dents! « My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. « The 1st room that we were given the door security latch was broken and the TV didn't work. They moved us to a different room. The 2nd room wasn't any better. The table lamp by the bed didn't work, bad outlet. The shower curtain was almost falling off the walls.Then the worst thing was that the deadbolt wouldn't even engage into the lock! Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in.
