« My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. « Area used to be a lot more well kept, unfortunately they have not maintained their cleanliness. Took some time to check in and the front desk smelled horrible. Bathroom door was falling apart, with lotion or soap chunks left on it. Furniture had dirt marks and needing to be shampooed or replaced. Convenient to the event center, only reason to return. Bar was closed before 9, breakfast cost $12 a person. Not impressed. »
