Staff tried to say my reservation had been cancelled. The room and facilities were filthy. It reeked of marijuana. There was a huge fight in the hallway and police had to be called. No water pressure to the shower. Toilet took 1 hour to fill up with water to flush, and when it flushed it barely flushed. The breakfast was lacking a variety. The window wasn’t safe as the emergency escape glass wasn’t even in place in the window frame. The person at the front desk was finally able to find the reservation and we got our room. The room smelled like smoke and wasn’t clean, the plug ins were wonky, and the bathroom had very little toilet paper and towels. The GM said, "Well, our parking lot is full," indicating she didn't care.
