« Really disappointed in our stay. A large room that had a queen bed in this-consistent with my booking, but a bizarre choice for the overall size of the room.
The housekeeping staff evidently are confused about how to make a bed; they confused the mattress pad with the comforter-using a mattress pad as a cover was an odd first experience for me. Further, the staff weren't around to clean except for when we happened to be in the room.
Staff were nice, but lots of other better choices in OP....

« Helpful, friendly and prompt staff. We had a minor loose screw on our shower valve and they fixed it while we were out for lunch! Not a hard fix. But they did it fast and without interrupting our stay. I would stay there again and recommend to anyone looking for an a place with a kitchenette and plenty of room to stretch out. »
