The home is located in the suburbs of Overland Park, Kansas. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores or restaurants you can think of. We are just 3 mins from Price Chopper grocery store, Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks. We are only 4 mins from downtown OP. 5 min access to highway 35 that will get you anywhere.

During your stay, you will be renting the entire home and you're welcome to use any of the amenities provided.

This spacious home is perfect for groups and families, offering two king beds and three queen beds across comfortable sleeping areas. The home includes three full bathrooms, including one with a jetted tub for relaxing.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking, a cozy living room with a large sectional, and a dining room with a table that seats six. The screened-in patio is ideal for staying cool during the summer or enjoying a cozy evening in cooler months.

For entertainment, every bedroom is equipped with a TV, making it easy for guests to relax and unwind in their own space.

Our house is about 40 minutes from KCI airport. We are about 20-30 minutes during non-rush hour traffic from downtown, Sprint Center, Union Station, Crown Center, Plaza, KC Convention Center, zoo and both the Royals and Chiefs stadiums in Kansas City, Mo. We are also about 25 minutes from the Kansas Race Track and Legends shopping area. 15 mins to Johnson County Community College. Options around Overland Park are Uber, Lyft and 1010Taxi if you do not have/rent a vehicle.

The pool is not heated and is available seasonally. While the pool schedule runs from May 1 to September 30, the actual spring opening date depends heavily on the weather and rainfall. Please keep this in mind when booking May dates.

Tampering with the pool equipment is strictly prohibited. If we find that it has been altered or damaged, you will be held financially responsible for any necessary repairs.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture, in the beds or in the pool. There is a $300 fine for the additional cleaning if we find that a pet has been in the pool .

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.

Local area residents (Kansas City, MO and surrounding area) with 0 reviews are not allowed to book the property and those with reviews must first be approved to stay and the host may require a security deposit.
