There are pots and pans for cooking as well. Large living rooms and a lovely dining room with plenty of seating through out. Enjoy the spacious master bedroom with walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. Cable tv and Netflix also in the bedroom. This is a split level home with a private lower area that is designate as the fourth bedroom. We have put another king size bed in the huge entire lower level area to accommodate multiple couples that want their privacy. It has a king bed, a full bed with a twin bunk bed above. The only other room on the lower level is a half bath and laundry area. Outdoor seating area and grill on the deck. Toys and arcade games for all ages to enjoy! About our Staff Chela and Claudia have been cleaning and caring for my guest homes for nine years. They do a wonderful job as experienced experts in preparing the home for your stay. To insure our guests safety, we have increased the frequency of cleaning door handles, outlets, walls and have continued the use of high grade disinfectant. All linens, bedding, mats are laundered between guests. As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority. Chela, Claudia, maintenance, my husband Larry and myself all comprise a service team of five people to oversee the care and condition of 9 houses. We are scaled to the right size to allow for the time to give plenty of attention to the care of each and every guest home Concierge Services Available! We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. Cold air return vents in the walls were full of dust. Ceiling light shades and lamps full of dust bunnies. For people with allergies this is not good. Main bathroom needs mold cleanup around tub and vent. Beds were ok comfort wise. My husband and I have stayed at many VRBO’s in the past 20 years. We do not expect perfection. This house needs a thorough cleaning including windows. Kitchen equipment needs to be replaced. Pots and pans pretty beat up. Only 2 useable coffee cups for 5 people. There were leaves we had to clean up to make it safe for guests to enter in front and leaves all over back deck and yard. No one even wanted to use the deck. The garage door was not hooked up to opener so anyone could have opened garage door and gotten in before we got there. There were candy wrappers and socks left from previous guests. The return air vents and bathroom fan vents were dirty, some dust bunnies too. There was a leak around top of garbage disposal which the dishwasher emptys into. It had to have been leaking for awhile. Not something that just happened while we were there. The beds were comfortable and the property served it's purpose, but we will not be returning. ##### Jenifer D.
