« The property was set in a tropical setting. Palm tree's and other tropical plant's surrounded the pool area. In the evening, overhead lighting enhanced the atmosphere. Also, the area was very private. When cleaning our boat, manatees came up on the side to get fresh water. What a thrill to have these gentle giants alongside the boat. Please remember to respect Florida law when engaging with these animals! The journey to the Ocean or the Gulf is enhanced by the spectacular homes along the canals...

« This is a very nice place with all kinds of great things to do just there at the house and plenty more a short drive away! My kids loved it especially the pool hot tub and fishing right off the dock. The host is very accessible and responds quickly. There is even an elevator to haul your heavy bags up! »

« We had such an amazing few days! The house was great, we love Venture Out resort! We didn’t rent a boat this time, but the fishing from the dock was great. We caught enough Snapper to make fish tacos one evening and we were able to filet them right on the dock and the massive Tarpon loved the scraps we threw to them and they put on a show! »

« Located in the heart of Marathon, only a short drive to Sombrero Beach, just next door to Publix and many other shopping locations. My kids LOVED the pool and fishing from the dock and the we LOVED all the amenities provided for fun in the pool and fishing! We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room throughout the house. Crystal was wonderful - geat communication and addressed minor issues we encountered very quickly! Would definitely stay again! »
