About 50 minutes from Key West. Air conditioner was loud and the bed was pretty hard. But overall it was fine. The room was not ready until 2:50 PM; however, the front‑desk associate was courteous, acknowledged the delay, and suggested nearby places for us to visit in the meantime. 2\. The room itself was disappointing, and the furnishings felt quite old. The beds were uncomfortable. 3\. Only the fan was working, not the AC; however, we did not request to have the AC turned on because our kids were not feeling well. 4\.
