Fantastically located properly - walking distance from the tram stop and in easy reach of the old town, beach, shops, groceries. Very comfortable and we were looked after well by the owner.

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment in Nice. The locates is excellent and we walked everywhere and there is a train stop about 4 minutes walk. The neighborhood and building are very safe, it is a secure building.. I stayed with my 2 adult sons so it was great they had the loft and I had the bedroom. The place is very clean with a lot of amenities - we used the washer several times and there are beach blankets and cushions we used. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator which was nice. Vanessa was great to work with as she got us checked in and was available to answer questions. Loved this place - would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Wir waren zum Marathon in Nizza. Die Wohnung war perfekt. Super sauber, super gelegen, alles drin was man braucht incl. Strandtücher. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Kommen gerne wieder! ...und dann konnte man 31.10. noch gut im Meer schwimmen, was will man mehr.

Vanessa was there when we arrived, efficient, helpful and organised. The place has everything we needed - wifi, kitchen equipment, linen. The apartment was beautiful and clean in a very convenient location. Would recommend to anyone.

I had been to Nice three times around 2009-2011 and was pleased to find Agnes hosting her well located up to date apartment near Jean Medicin Avenue where I used to stay years ago. She is very nice and we communicated through VRBO when I made changes adding a day to our stay and adding my wife’s cousin as a third guest. We all loved staying there with our little dog. The check in process with Vanessa was easy. She is a native (?) English speaker . Checking out was equally easy and fast which was important to us as we had a taxi scheduled to arrive to take us far away. Thank you Agnes for a wonderful experience. I look forward to coming back and staying at your beautiful, comfortable apartment soon.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento nel centro di Nizza. Vicinissimo a tutto. La comodità di essere così centrale è impagabile. L’appartamento è un piccolo gioiello. È pulitissimo e fornito di tutto ed è molto luminoso.! Il frigo è grande e ci sono tante stoviglie di ottima qualità. Abbiamo trovato i generi di prima necessità come olio,zucchero, tea, caffè e acqua fresca. Questo è stato molto apprezzato!! Il letto matrimoniale è molto comodo! Tutto l’ambiente è molto confortevole e intimo e silenzioso😊 L’immobile in cui è situato l’alloggio è molto elegante. I parcheggi vicini a pagamento rendono questa sistemazione ottima per visitare la zona a piedi e lasciare la macchina parcheggiata. Anche i supermercati per poter fare la spesa sono vicini, ma se desiderate ci sono moltissimi ristoranti vicini. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e veloce in tutte le nostre comunicazioni ed estremamente disponibile.! Vanessa la persona che ci ha accolto è stata molto socievole e carina e si è resa da subito disponibile per ogni problema.! Ma non ce n’è stato bisogno. Tutto è andato alla perfezione.!! Siamo felicissimi di aver scelto questo alloggio e lo consigliamo a tutti.❤️ Ancora una volta Nizza si è rivelata una città meravigliosa e trovare l’alloggio giusto ha reso la nostra vacanza perfetta. L'appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir et profiter de la ville, à deux pas des boutiques, des restos et du Vieux Nice, ou encore de la Promenade. De plus il est très agréable (propre, lumineux et bien équipé), bref : à conseiller !

Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour être au centre de Nice, à deux pas de l’avenue Jean Médecin, de la place Massena et du vieux Nice. Tout se fait à pied sans difficulté. L’appartement est assez spacieux pour 3 copines. Et merci à Vanessa pour le Check in et Check out qui se sont déroulés très simplement.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour de courtes vacances. Nous étions 4 personnes : 2 adultes et 2 jeunes garçons. L’appartement est idéalement situé, très propre et très bien équipé. Je recommande cet appartement. Très bien situé, propre, tranquille. Tout est à disposition. Et enfin un combiné frigidaire et congélateur digne de ce nom, assez grand pour plusieurs personnes. Propriétaires très sympathiques et disponibles. Je reviendrai 😃
