"The room was spacious, clean and the staff were very helpful. Location of the hotel was decent, fairly close to the Narita Airport Bus. About 8 minute walk. Would come back again next time I am staying in Ginza. We were headed to Lake Kawaguchiko for a night and the hotel was willing to hold our bag for one night as we were coming back the next day."

"All the employees, especially the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping our room spotless. The only negative thing was the smoking room in the lobby allows smoke to fill the laundry room. We used the laundry and our cloths smelled of cigarette smoke. Maybe a better air purifier or ventilation system in the smoking room is needed."
