"The staff are friendly and helpful, and check‑in was straightforward. Overall, everything works as expected. The breakfast area is quite small with a limited food selection, and it gets crowded during busy times, though the crowd‑level indicator on the TV is a surprisingly useful touch. The room itself feels tight for two people, and the bathroom is very compact but functional. The toilet is positioned so close to the opposite wall that it’s a bit uncomfortable. The bed is extremely firm, almost hard to the point where it feels like there’s barely a mattress. On the positive side, the location is great and makes it a convenient choice for a short stay."

"銀座エリアでの滞在先として、非常に満足度の高いホテルでした。三越まで約150mと近く、買い物や食事にも徒歩で行けて便利です。東銀座駅からもアクセスが良く、羽田・成田どちらの空港にも行きやすい立地で助かりました。近くにコンビニが2軒あるのも地味にありがたいポイントです。 そして何より、ホテルそのものの快適さが素晴らしかったです。お部屋はゆったり過ごせるサイズ感で、洗濯乾燥機と電子レンジが部屋に備わっています。室内も清潔感があり、気持ちよく滞在できました。東急ステイには他の施設も利用したことがありますが、東急ステイ銀座は特に印象が良かったです。 なによりReFaのシャンプー・トリートメント、シャワー、ドライヤーが備え付けられていたのが本当に本当に嬉しい！！滞在中も髪のツヤを保てました。普段はホテルだと髪がパサつきがちなのですが、明らかに違いました。 防音面でも安心感があります。ドアがしっかりしていて、廊下の清掃の音で起こされることもなく快適でした。枕も硬さの違うものが用意されていて、部屋で選べるのも細やかな配慮だと感じました。1階に用意されているコーヒーやTEARTHという紅茶も美味しく、新聞のサービスもありがたかったです。 一点だけ希望を挙げると、テレビの国際ニュースチャンネルがCNNのみだったので、もし可能ならBBCなど他のチャンネルも選べるようになるとさらに嬉しいです。 予約の急な変更にも迅速に対応してくださり、フロントの方々もとても親切でした。ぜひまた宿泊したいと思います。ぜひ今後もこのクオリティを継続していただけたら嬉しいです。ありがとうございました。"

"Love to stay at Intergate hotel, especially this one in Kyobashi as it’s very conveniently located with easy access to Tokyo station, metro lines as well as Ginza area. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful in many ways. Breakfasts are in buffet style with many items to choose from, though the menu rotates every other day only. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back to this one again if I’m in Tokyo!"
