Staffs are nice and the rooms are spacious enough for a family use. It is also located in a good distance from Tokyo Station in a quiet neighborhood, so had a good night sleep. After all the walking, the room was also big enough so I was able to stretch as well. Will for sure be staying again if I ever return to Tokyo. The area was quiet and nice. wish we could have stayed longer. Hoi and Alija checked us in. They were so nice. The rooms were very clean and updated. We had 2 single beds and bunk beds for a family of 4\. Shower/tub, Kitchenette, fridge and washing machine all in the suite was very convenient and pretty roomy for Japan. It was more of an apartment than a hotel so not many standard hotel amenities. But there was always someone at the front desk that was very helpful and all spoke English. Short walk to Hatchobori station so easy access to the subway system. A lot of grocery stores and restaurants nearby and the area was safe and quiet. Very close to Ginza shopping and Tsukiji Outdoor Market. The room is very large, plenty of room to move around and storage for luggage. There is a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was very useful to have when travelling. While the beds were comfy, the pillows are quite firm. The only problem is that the fridge can be quite loud when it is getting to temperature and you can hear the people above you, so if you’re a light sleeper it might bother you.
