"Natile was great from start to finish! FYI if your a light sleeper. You probably should ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. The traffic noise on the front side is very loud. Breakfast was cool. Room was clean. Staff friendly. "

"The place was so nasty i left after 10 minutes and they still charged me for a 5 day stay. Nothing but prostitutes and drug users stay here."

"The front desk staff was for check in was really helpful. My only issue with that was she told me that my checkout time was 1pm Sunday since I’m a Hyatt member. That was incorrect. I personally didn’t care for the valet guy when I checked in. He came over right away to make sure I was a hotel guest while I was wrestling with my bags. No offer to help or get me a cart or anything. Then he told me he “guessed it’s ok for me to leave my car there while I check in.” What else is that area for? I think if the hotel didn’t have someone to help with bags then the valet should at least offer to get the carts for luggage. The room was clean and well stocked, the housekeepers were very nice."

"There were 4 soap dishes in the bathroom but no soap. We asked for soap and they didn’t have any. "

"I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The light switch and toilet seat were broken. Also when we arrived there were two police cars out front investigating a “misunderstanding.” I should have left then."

"Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying. Oh there was no bugs in my room that I saw so there's something good."
