"When looking for a place not knowing downtown Raleigh I was more concerned with safety. This seems like a very safe neighborhood. My first impression pulling up is somebody needs to do some work on the outside. The outside of the physical house is cute. But yard had big limbs laying around, trash cans were completely full, there's a broken table at the back of the house where you enter. The table is completely useless and probably would be a little unsafe if children were to play around. In...
