We decided to head inland and wanted somewhere where we could get a mix of nature and excitement and this was the perfect spot. The back yard overlooking the lake is beautiful and relaxing, and it was just a few minutes from downtown Raleigh and a short distance to some great hiking trails. Abigail was a great communicator and also arranged for us to check in early, which was a huge help as we had our 4 year old son and dog with us and had spent a lot of time in the car.
