« The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay. »

« Very clean and cute. Too small for a large dog like ours. The patio area was much needed for him. The neighborhood is terrible. It’s not a safe area and it’s full of trash and broken glass and strange men hanging around. The place is fine but the neighborhood isn’t. »

« When I first opened the door there was a dead roach near the welcome mat. We had arrived late afternoon after 8 hour drive. The rest of us arrived about 10 pm. We had an early day planned leaving at 7:30 the next am for graduation at 9:00. Four adults who needed showers. NO HOT WATER anywhere in house. Another dead roach in kitchen. I began calling and texting host a little after 6:00 am leaving multiple messages and trying to reach by phone but only getting answering machine with Message...

« With a coat of paint and a carpet refresh, this property would go from acceptable to excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the owner was responsive when I had questions, which I appreciated.The house has plenty of space and the layout matched the listing. That said, the interior is more worn than the photos suggest. The carpets have visible staining, some walls and doors show patched areas or small holes, and most walls looked dingy overall. The mattresses were comfortable, but...
