"We asked for maid service on the first night, never received it! Also asked for the bottle of body eash to be replaced, it never was! I had to go.to.the front desk and ask for a new bottle, replaced myself. We had two bottles of hair conditioner instead of shampoo and conditioner. "

"From the room to the facilities like the pool and parking under ground was fantastic. The young staff at the front counter were friendly and knowledgeable. Keaton was very delightful and was very helpful with all of our questions. I would have liked to see more lying down chairs on the deck so not have sat on rocks while not swimming. I would highly recommend this place and stay again!"
