« The room and food were excellent. The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. I book a room with a double bed with mountain view (paid extra for) and there is no such room. If you stay there, contact the hotel directly prior to booking to make sure the room exist. The hotel understood the mistake and they were going to relocate after the second night to a new room for the last 2 nights, but it was too much trouble to move. Been to Japan over 50 times and this resort is...

« 非常西洋派的旅館，很適合要來藏王花很多天雪的人～～飯店人員也都是外國人（為了來滑雪打工換宿那種），氣氛很有趣！ 離看樹冰的纜車比較遠（約步行15分鐘），另外如果有大件行李，建議走溫泉街上去，旁邊的車道比較危險。最後，早餐好吃🙂 »

"Hôtel composé de deux bâtiments. La laverie n est que dans un. Chambre spacieuse faite avec un bureau pour travailler. Wifi non fonctionnel. Hôtel de déco intemporel , la chambre a tout le nécessaire de toilette. Literie dure à mon goût et coussin plat. A proximité de tout pour se restaurer, pharmacie, café et restaurants. Bon emplacement. L étage d entrée sent le diesel ( des bus ou trains). Stationnement non adjacent a l' hôtel. De l' autre côté du train. Prend un bon 8min à pied "

"Super ryokan niché dans la montagne de zao. Pas si facile d'accès sans voiture (bus et bouchons depuis Yamagata). Néanmoins cela vallait le coup : très beau lieu tout confort. Litterie impeccable, bâtiment propre et surtout un repas merveilleux !! Le onsen est très jolie mais le bain extérieur est très très chaud. Seul bémole : pas de douches dans la chambre mais pas si grave sachant qu'il y a un onsen. Très bon séjour à 4 !! nous recommandons vivement en couple, entre amis ou en famille : il y a un espace commun où se détendre et jouer a des jeux ou discuter. A noter que hors saison le village n'est pas spécialement beau."
