Comfortable is warm, pillows is ok. There is onsen inside the hotel. But there’s shower and sink and bathroom too, inside the Japanese style room where we stayed. Outdoor onsen was not available the time when we stayed because of the heavy snow. But there’s private onsen for rent hourly!
