The hotel is clean and comfortable. They have a nice lounge area to relax after skiing. We had 1/2 board that included a typical Japanese breakfast and dinner - both expertly served and outstanding. There is parking not too far from the Ryokan itself. Staff service was excellent; they were accommodating even though we didn’t speak a word of Japanese (thank god for Google Translate). The food was a delight. Room was spacious and very clean. Great traditional food. Lovely helpfull s This place was absolutely amazing. Staff was exceptional.Hotel was very clean and accommodating. They give you so much food. Dinner comes with probably 20 different pieces of food that is traditional. I ate food that i still don’t know what it was but it was prepared and displayed beautifully. Onsen was small but clean and great after a day of skiing.
