I also have family in the area to drive me to Zao, which is a lot easier than taking the bus! This hotel is clearly on the older side, but that really didn't detract from the whole experience, which was positive. The bath was relaxing and though it wasn't large, I never felt over crowded. The beds were comfortable\~ sort of an amalgam of futon and boxspring. Though I wish they were on the tatami, it was nice that they were by the windows. May 10, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness 先日親子共々、宿泊させて頂きました。施設等は清潔さはあり第一印象は悪くなかったですが、駐車場が坂になっており少し停めずらい状況です。夕食ですが主食が1品と後は漬け物の小鉢が数点。海鮮はなぜかカルパッチョ。ご飯に関しては食べ応えが全くなく最低でした。お風呂は乳白色で気持ち良かったです。スタッフのサービスは接客がいい方と悪い人でわかれてました。若い方の方がサービスが良かった感じです。また泊まりたいとは思いませんでした。残念です。 ##### ??
