Every person who helped us was kind and patient with us even though we speak no Japanese. The food courses were amazing, I felt I was at a 5 star restaurant for breakfast and dinner I left so satisfied. On top of this the Onsen rooms were so clean and luxurious I felt I was in my own private spa. The room was HUGE from what I’ve become accustomed to in other stays in Japan. We had a private Onsen in our room and an open air bath which I thoroughly enjoyed.
