"Very good in general. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful with indications due to my late arrival and also where to park, provide me with refreshment drink. Breakfast was modest. I pre-booked for two people, finally I went alone but they told me that I had to pay breakfast and taxes for two. I waited for 20 minutes during the checkout to receive any positive answer but I lost my time. Not flexible at all."

"Hostel style, one sleeps in a wooden box in a large shared room. Bathrooms are very nice, everything is communal. That increases social interactions and people are generally respectful and engaging, eager to help each other. The cost is low and for a place to stay and enjoy Melk, it was fine. The GPS points you to the other side of the building, rather, the place is on the street closer to the train line."

"On the website it says Pet fee waa EUR12 but when we checked in they demanded EUR18 which is too much for a roadside motel. At this point, we had no choice but to check in. Even 4 star hotels do not charge this much. I would not stay again for this reason."

"Staff were very helpful, food was delicious and the views were amazing."

"Very quiet, spacious, clean and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious and well appointed. Sunday in Amstetten many things are closed. This hotel is next to a very nice nature walk loop around the city"

"This was perfect for me for a quick stop and visit the Melk monastery. Breakfast was simple but with good quality and fresh! "

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the room was brand new and great quality. The stuff was super nice and friendly "

"Well, you can sleep there. The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder. Your 10 year...

"The room was spacious and clean, new furnishings and the small, fully equipped kitchen was very useful. Good breakfast, safe parking. Quiet environment. We really enjoy our stay."

"From the seamless check in no hassle when you arrive to the brand new, freshly renovated suites, this place is perfect and absolutely spotlessly clean. They have on site parking and a super convenient location near the train station, and it's walkable from everywhere restaurants, shops, the whole thing. My suite was fully stocked with utensils, a washer and detergent, and the Wi Fi was actually fast! Can't wait to come back!"
