OUR UNIT IS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED and ONE OF THE MOST REASONABLY PRICED UNIT IN ALL OF DESTIN. We welcome you to share in our; OUR home-away-from-home as YOUR home-away-from-home. We have prepared for OUR very own use and for those who want the VERY BEST!!!

Perfect getaway

As advertised! Great location, beautiful place. Pool and hot tub, close to the beach!! Would recommend to anyone. Even had beach chairs available for us to use

First time to Destin

Everything was exactly what we expected. Perfect location and the condo was perfect. The only thing was the sliding glass doors were very hard to open and close but that didnt put a damper on our vacation. We will be back

Good location

Was ok for a short stay. Not as clean as I expected for paying a cleaning fee. Sand on furniture. Cheetos in the closet. Water was cold always in the one bathroom. Within walking distance to beach and a few other things.

Great Location!

Loved the location and proximity to the beach. Literally 3 minutes from door to the private beach access. Having a pool was a bonus, especially on double red flag days at the beach. This condo does back up to a main road; therefore, it can be noisy due to traffic. However, this wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again. Having a ground floor condo was fabulous. It was easy getting our things to and from the beach, as well as having the back patio to trek our beach items to without having to drag water & sand into the condo. Beach chairs and some pool noodles were available in closets. Loved having two bathrooms and a washer & dryer. Appliances are modern, and the pictures online do not do this condo justice. It’s shockingly roomy and was a pleasant stay. Loved, loved that there was no carpet throughout condo! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The Best Beach Stay

The Hubs & I have stayed at this property several years in a row! It’s our “go to” place. We love the location, just steps from the beach. The condo is always spotless. Closet of pool & beach accessories is always a plus…pool noodles, beach chairs. We don’t usually cook, but the kitchen seems very well stocked. Restaurants are close by. We love Emerald Waters ❤️

Great condo unit-close to the beach

Great location of the condo. You can walk to a few shops for souvenirs or walk to Pompano Joe's for a quick cocktail. Preparing to arrive instructions were fantastic. They included a list of places to eat, shop, activities, etc. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The beach is literally right across the street. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone heading to the beach.

Bob and Michelle were nice to work with and stayed in touch with all the problems and unwanted furry friends we had in the condo.

This was a fantastic stay! The condo was exactly as pictured, well stocked for the initial supply, a really short walk to the beach, and also had plenty of extra pillows and blankets for comfort. There were some sand toys and beach chairs in the closet, as well as a pool noodle for the pool. My kids (6 & 8 yrs) really enjoyed the bunk beds and we were really pleased with them having their own bathroom as well. I also found a step stool in a closet for the kids to use which I haven’t come across before. When my kids were younger, I would end up buying a collapsible step-stool to use because holding them up to wash their hands and brush their teeth every time is a pain. So the step-stool is a very big convenience for small kids! There were some books and board games for entertainment on a rainy day. Overall this was a wonderful kid-friendly condo in an amazing location and we absolutely would stay here again! The only “negative” I could say is that there could be more bowls and spoons for people like us who eat a lot of cereal, ice cream and the like, but I don’t even consider that a real negative because we obviously did just fine with what we had! I was very impressed with all the little extras that this condo provided that others I have stayed in the past had not. Thank you for a spectacular stay!!!!

Great Property

Condo was great! We made it work for a party of 6. (4 adults/2 kids). It is a VERY short walk to the beach (all of 2 minutes) which was terrific for hauling stuff down there! Condo is ground floor which was amazing for loading and unloading car (we were steps away from door). Complex and our individual unit was nice & clean. Lots to do within walking distance (coffee shop, ice cream, Alvins Island and Pompano Joes). Located in good spot (central to Destin/Sandestin). Beach was private & clean. We would stay again! Kitchen had everything we could think of. Only criticism would be: The coffee maker is on the fritz, maybe time for a New one! Also a note, NOT to try to use the white microwave above stove, but to use black one on counter instead! Thanks for a great stay!

This place was perfect for our family of 4!

When we arrived, the condo was clean and decorated perfectly for the beach life. We immediately left to go to Publix and purchased food and extra toilet paper as we were staying 5 days. All the necessary kitchen items were available for us to cook. The beach was right across the street, down a flight of stairs and everything was gated. We felt safe and the beach was so clean and beautiful! There's an Alvin's right across the street if you want any beach toys or necessities. The condo was equipped with 3 beach chairs, an umbrella and noodles. We did rent beach chairs and an umbrella right on the beach as we had 4 of us. We also utilized the pool and hot tub on the property, which is also gated. There is a coffee shop, ice creams shop, CVS and gas station within walking distance. We Ubered our way to Destin for some activities, but there are also water activities on Mirimar Beach. We were able to contact the management company (Julie) with any questions we had and she immediately took care of our needs. Our vacation was everything we dreamed it to be and we thank you Michelle and Bob. Your place is beautiful!

Perfect Location!!!

We loved our stay! Check in was simple. Bottom floor was perfect for us allowing easy access to the parking lot, and beach access. The only thing that was difficult was all the codes. A different code for door, pool gate and beach gate. But it was so-able. Kitchen was well stocked ready for meal prep and cooking. Master bedroom was spacious, as well as the master bathroom. The fact that it is a smaller condo made things so much easier not having to wait for elevators, or climb stairs after a fun day at the beach or shopping. It was a great get away for a week. Great for kids! Bunk bed was very helpful. Washer and dryer in unit also helped keep swimwear clean, and plenty of towels for the 5 of us. Management was super attentive, checking in from time to time, being sure we were set. The only thing we were missing was a dustpan. I can’t wait to book it again!
