« We enjoyed our stay at this resort , the cottage was clean and cozy and has everything you need such as laundry. It is right by the lake which is perfect for a nice relaxing getaway. The property is also very well maintained by friendly staff . We would definitely book a stay here again ! »

« We had a great snowy getaway. The cottage and the lake were so peaceful and calm. Just what we needed to unwind before the holidays. Inside had everything we needed from cooking utensils to pots/pans and we were able to try out a local restaurants. The host was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. »

« Had a great stay at Curtis's playhouse. Check in was a breeze and the house was fully equipped for all our needs. No false advertising here, it truly was a playhouse. Told all our friends and family that this is a great spot for anyone looking. »

« This property was a pleasure to stay at. The kitchen was very well equipped and only lacked for proper (glass) wine glasses. The living room had an abundance of good reading lights which is something that many rental cottages lack. It was lovely to hear the babbling river as we enjoyed happy hour on the sunny deck. A real pleasure! »

« Really nice property located about 10 minutes outside of Fenelon Falls. Property has been beautifully updated and has all needed amenities. It’s a short walk from the lake at the end of the road. I did book thinking the property was directly on the lake but wasn’t overly disappointed that it was a backlot with slight slivers of lake view from the property in front. « Wanted to get out of toronto for a few nights before the kids went back to school. Found" running water" and knew the kids would love it, especially because its water access , and we could use our boat to and from. Dorset is a great little town, everything you will need. Raven lake is clean, well marked out, great for a cruise, or tubing . »

« It was our second time within two months so that should tell you how the overall experience was. Everything was great again and our host went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. We are planning to go back in the spring again »

« The place is not as it is described and full of dirt and black molds plus strange insects on beds. The sheets are not clean at all and you have to wash them be careful. I would give zero star if I could as I am really disappointed. We had to sleep in the car »

« Overall, a beautiful, well kept cottage. Had everything we needed. The owner was responsive to my questions. It would have been helpful if the owner advised me that someone would be on the property to cut the grass during my stay. There were also four adults still on the property when I arrived at 4pm looking for a cell phone. Not a huge deal, but communication regarding these two things would have been appreciated. »
