"We booked this place while visiting with family in Haliburton for Easter weekend. It was about a 5-10 minute drive from Haliburton which was perfect. Very clean and modern interior, you can tell great pride is taken in keeping this cabin tidy! Will more than likely book again the next time we are visiting!"

"The property is unique and pleasant. Very peaceful in contact with the nature. Close to the beach and to the dock. Is not crowded and the staff very helpful. My recommendation bring your grocery there because there is no walking distance to the supermarket. The closest store is 10 minutes drive."

"A wonderful place to stay. A home away from home. Very friendly. Wonderful, clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen with all the pots, pans, stove, microwave and enough plates and cups. Washer, dryer and dishwasher. We only missed a clothes rack to hang up the laundry we did not want in the dryer. Outside lounge set, bbq and fire pit. The bathroom was clean. Loved the interior design. Close to the shops and restaurants. 30 minutes away from Algonquin park. We really enjoyed our stay! Next time...

"The cottage is in a good location, although the property is not large. Summer time would offer more 'outdoor' space. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and downstairs living area, as well as the spacious living room. Seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the counter. "House was able to fit two families very comfortably. It is an older place with lots of character and some new renovations. A close walk to the main street of Hurstville if a plus and makes it easy meals and shopping. we did have one issue with the place but the host was very quick to resolve the problem."

"Found everything we needed in a very spacious large house with Large couches and seating for everyone. Quiet neighbours on a large lot. Plenty of parking as well. Nice and close to town. Will definitely be back next year."

"We have stayed at a close by “Inn” and know the area, this property surpasses anything close by! The location is close to all amenities as well nearby Huntsville, Gravenhurst … Being there Family Day long weekend during a snow storm, the neighbours even blew out the drive so we didn’t have to shovel. The owners are always available with prompt answers to any questions you may have. The side door entry by the garage is not heated, but gave us lots of room to leave boots, snow shoes, skates...
