"We had an amazing stay at the Bel Jou Hotel in St. Lucia. The staff and residents are all a delight and very fun to get to know. We were so sad to have to go home! The food is fantastic and there really is nothing that the food staff or otherwise won't do to make sure you have a great stay. They are constantly changing the menu up and keeping it fun. During our stay, we had the best massage of our lives thanks to Lala, we lounged by 1 of 2 pools every day, were able to plan excursions directly from the hotel and enjoyed rousing ping pong and badminton games each day with other residents and the hotel's entertainment coordinator, the unforgettable Japhree. We loved The Bel Jou and St. Lucia and we really can't say enough about the level of hospitality, fun and respect you will receive if you plan your vacation here! Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful resort with stunning views of the Pitons and a unique chocolate-themed experience. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the food is very expensive for the portion sizes, and pricing isn’t always clear upfront. Some excursions and transportation also felt overpriced or poorly coordinated. Keep in mind the hotel isn’t on the beach, so getting there requires a shuttle or taxi. The highlight of my trip was actually exploring the island outside the resort—highly recommend doing that. Overall, a great stay for the views and experience, but plan ahead for costs and activities."

"We always book a night or two at Bay Gardens Beach when in town. We come back because of that at home feel. I love the coffee service and meal options. It would be nice to see an investment in the pool area. "

"The Satori Ocean House is Magical. Exceptional. Elegant. Exclusive. Classy. Perfect. My friends and I were privileged to have spent 4 days here. Every inch of the property carries the thought, love and attention to detail that has gone into creating this. The property is the only home on a piece of land that juts into the ocean. There are amazing uninterrupted views of the ocean on three sides. Incredible at all times - but most so at sunrise and sunset. This can be enjoyed from the living area, poolside or the rooftopThe living area is spacious, elegant and airy - with cross ventilation from the ocean on two sidesThe beach - which is (almost) exclusively yours is less than a 5 minute walk. Luxurious linen, comfortable beds. Top notch kitchen with all key appliances, lots of plates, pots, pans etc - should you want to cook An irresistible pool with lounge chairs. The property manager Lucy was super helpful. She met us at the airport - and showed us the property.
