A great time was had. Staff was amazing and very helpful. The excursions were fun and worth the money. Disclaimer: At sunset the mosquitos are horrific. Make sure you have bug repellent. We visited July 2024 (rainy season) which aided to the mosquito attacks. Overall, we had a great time and my 7 year old enjoyed the water park slides and lazy river. We will visit this resort again.

Thank you Coconut Bay for a wonderful vacation I really enjoyed my stay. The room was great felt very comfortable & clean. The food was also great I just wish you guys served more authentic St.Lucian food instead of the regular American food. Shout out to the Jerk Tree house, food was amazing. I love how it was always something for us to do & we didn’t have to leave the resort. It’s so kid friendly I’m definitely coming back with my 2 year old. Shout out to your staff. I also got to meet Lucy & midnight they’re so cuteeeee. Just a recommendation I know pets aren’t allowed but it will be great if you have an area for pets to stay on the property since it’s so big. I think many will like that. These are names of workers that really showed up and showed out and made my stay the best. They made me feel like I was part of the coconut bay family. Sage, Kiara, Darcike, Nahide, Peggy, Ruth, Bria, Claude the tour men. They need a raise because they made my stay so much better. I’m definitely coming back next year again. St.Lucia until next time from a NYC girl.

Access to a huge pool catering to adults and children alike is such a great experience. My family really enjoyed the water slide. The kids really liked the silent disco. There’s always room for improvement, such as: putting the chocolate fountain and live music earlier or in an area accessible to all ages, as the upstairs area is closed off to kids by 9pm.

Property has great views and great potential. However rooms are very outdated was moldy showers which wouldn't drain in would have either scolding hot or completely cold water. Most of the communal spaces are not air conditioned and impossible to enjoy in the heat including some of the restaurants. It is almost impossible to get the reservation into air conditioned restaurants even they look half empty.... It should be first come -first serve. Hotel stuff was nice but is doing bare minimum required by their jobs. Food was great! Entertainment was poorly publicized, no information board, events often changed time and location and we could never find them. Overall, resort is charging world-class prices without providing world class service.

It was a good time. We experienced hurricane Beryl and the staff there was accommodating especially since I was traveling with a one year old. I really appreciated their help and support throughout my stay. Gave 4 stars bc the room wasn’t ready promptly at 3pm when that’s what was advertised. Traveling with a toddler for many hours all I wanted to do was get into a room get my little situated and relaxed.

This resort was a nice place to stay and relax. The staff were friendly and the property was well maintained. The bathroom reminded me of a recent cruise ship we were on, but nonetheless it met our needs. The ocean on the Atlantic is not as clear and inviting as the ocean on the Caribbean side. So if you go looking for the beautiful ocean water, this property will probably disappoint you a little. The resort does make up for it by offering great pools and water activities. The event staff and bartenders are great. We enjoyed our stay.

The entertainment was wonderful. The scavenger hunt, karaoke, Caribbean night. The Jerk Chicken hut by the pool was the best I've ever had. The front desk was informative and helpful, and the staff scheduled a great zip lining experience for me. It was a pleasure to experience, and I will return.

This all-inclusive hotel urgently needs renovation. The rooms feel so old. Making it an all-inclusive hotel might not be the best idea. The quality of food and drinks is lowered to make it all included. I paid close to 500 USD per night, and it was not worth it. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location. It is very close to the airport.
