All the staff were very friendly. The property is great with a variety of activities and excursions. I feel like it is very good value for the cost. Our room had a couple of issues but didn't taint the overall experience. The ocean is great to look at but not great to get in (way too much seaweed and dirty water).

The people were very accommodating at this resort. They also have offered to give us credit for one night that we missed due to airplane failure on the trip there. The only thing we wish we had known is the amount of seaweed that was blocking the beach each day. We believe they tried to keep up with it but it was just too much.That said, our stay otherwise was pleasant.

They have the place broken up into adult section and family section. There was no entertainment on the adult side only on the kids side. Truthfully theres no benefit to staying in adult side. The swim up bar was in the kids pool not the adults pool. Besides seaweed on the beach everything else was good.
