The space
Far away from the bustle of the city, this house is the perfect place for those who are looking for the quieter, calmer side of the Miami coast.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Screened-in patio, private pool (can be heated for an additional fee), 6-person table, tea table, outdoor sofas and chairs, gas grill, landscaped foliage
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV, free WiFi, A/C and heating, linens/towels, washer/dryer, en-suite baths off of 3 bedrooms
KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishware, flatware
PARKING: Driveway (4 vehicles)
Other things to note
Swimming pool can be heated up to 75F, and keep same temperature 24/7 of your stay. Contact Viktoriya for more information about heating and to place your order. ORDERS SHOULD BE MADE AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE to allow ample time for scheduling a technician and for pool water to come to temperature. Heating pool service cost $350 for the first week after that $150 weekly.


Guests who make long term reservation (28+ days) must have additional cleaning every 14 days. Each additional cleaning cost $250. Should be payed before check-in time.

The property has 3 exterior security cameras; front door, by the side of the house, and facing the swimming pool area. Cameras do not look into any interior spaces.
Also have noise monitoring system. It’s camera-free and it doesn’t record any sound or listen to what the guests say. It simply tracks sound levels in our home.

Comfortable house, great pool, attentive host
7 of us stayed here comfortably - 2 school-aged kids, 4 adults, and a senior. The house and pool are bigger than what the photos indicate. It was wonderful to have 3.5 baths. The mattresses were fine. The BBQ outside was a plus and having a screened-in pool was useful against bugs, bees etc. Viktoriya was attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns.

Nice , clean and quiet.
Good spot to be, close to anywhere, enough space for a family. We were happy to enjoy the big house and the big swimming pool.
