Very good , upscale. But most guests are snobby, stinking rich , not smiling at all.

Disappointing. We’ve been going at least three times a year to Miami for decades and we were curious about this so expensive hotel. There is no reason that justifies the price and the service, except for its location. Poor restaurants, slow service, no comfortable beds, nor pillows and linens, hidden costs ( resort fee is mandatory & daily parking outrageous, etc), outdated amenities and so on. We spent 11 days and we missed our usual hotels, such as Mandarin, Setai, etc.
