The property is gorgeous! The front desk staff could use some training in customer service- they never seemed happy to have us or appreciative. The rest of the staff were amazing. Housekeeping left our room door open after a cleaning. Pillows and bedding need to be upgraded for comfort.

This hotel is beautifully decorated. What I loved the most was the easy access to the beach. The staff is attentive and polite. I was there for a mother-daughter getaway, and I was pleased to be able to always get a beach lounge, and umbrella (I've been in places were is almost impossible to find a beach chair available). There is also no noise or crazy party people at night! There is a small plaza across the street with a nice supermarket, coffee shops, and restaurants. The Asian restaurant in the plaza is awesome, and my daughter was thrilled to have a Starbucks right there as well!

This is the second time we came here for our short vacation. Hotel is cozy and clean. Staff is very friendly. Good food. 1 minute walk to the beach. Planning to come back again.

The good news; the staff especially the beach staff were terrific. The one bedroom suite that we had was somewhat run down and not well furnished. Especially the kitchen and balcony. We paid extra for a large ocean front balcony but it had only two old plastic chairs. We like to sit and have a morning coffee or afternoon drinks enjoying the ocean view. Multiple request to different staff did not solve this issue. The kitchen which is show as a somewhat full kitchen did not have things like a toaster or kettle. We will not be staying there again nor recommend it to anyone. There are a lot of better places in the area.

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The only complaint I have is that the pull out bed in the one bedroom suite we had was very uncomfortable. Other than that Solé was just what we needed. The perfect relax and reflect stay!
