"20-25 min drive from the airport lincol rd Collins and ocean dr(dining,shopping,bars ) 15-25 min walk beach some restaurants Walgreens 5-10min walk clean property very cute lobby with pool table breakfast food is great hotel provides entertainment like beer pong movie sip and paint nights outside are had pool hit yup and bar on smaller side but very nice rooms are simple but clean for the price you pay it is very very good "

"I appreciated the close location to the beach. We were literally a walk across the street to the beach. Everything was walkable. The staff were attentive & present. Very helpful and friendly & accommodating. The lobby area always was clean smelling. I liked they provided complimentary bikes to ride, beach chairs & bottled water. What I did not like were the little bit of channels available on the tv. The stations they did have did not have service so it did not work. Would also recommend a full length mirror. "

"At check in, I was offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony and it was fabulous! Marvelous view of downtown Miami with sunset. We really enjoyed the pool and having a mimosa at the outside bar. Breakfast right on the bayside was charming. And the Baia SPA not to be missed! I treated myself to a massage and it was superb!!"
