"Although service was poor for breakfast (the only time I ate breakfast near the sidewalk outside), the other staff and facilities were great. I wish the bathroom sink area was a little bigger (almost zero space to set things) and the very slow elevator. Again, ideal location, always space at one of the pools, great bar experience, I would stay there again. Extra: my pool view room actually allowed me a partial ocean view."

"Surprised at the cleanliness and elegance of this beautiful hotel. Staff is incredible and went out of their way to make us feel cared for. A few refused tips and claiming it was their job to help us. Property is immaculate and beach and pool spaces are beautiful. Restaurant menu and food were both excellent. We definitely hope to return!"

"The hotel is an older art Deco hotel well known in the south Beach area. All of the staff are professional, polite, and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. The breakfast that is provided with your stay is quite good and you get two complimentary welcome drinks at the bar in the evening. It is a great value for what you get."
