"Good value, Starbucks on site wasn’t good. Coffee wasn’t made correctly. Front desk ok, not very friendly. Cleaning staff was good and they clean room every day. Pool was good. AC was working well. The hotel is close to a stop and shop and close to Salem and Boston. "

"Big room with super comfy bed. Great view of the ocean with parking included. No pool. Needs just a little work on the cleaning. Don't have microwave, save or coffee machine, but they give you free coffee in the lobby...Water bottles you can buy it for $4.00 at thr lobby.Overall it was great! Location 100% accurant and you can walk for food, drinks, etc... no need to use your car!!"

"It was a great location near restaurants and Hampton Beach and very comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we would definitely visit again. The hinges on the bathroom door need some WD40 and the coffee and hot water for the tea in the Keurig tasted like chlorine. Small fixable things that did little to interfere with a great time!"

"Front desk people were pretty nice. But when despite asking for our room to be cleaned twice they never cleaned it. There were weird stains in the door, in the bathroom, the bed was dirty and so was the floor. Cleaning staff didn’t do a good job at all. The whole room was a mess. Amenities were terrible and there were only 2/3 breakfast options. The staffs (only front desk staff) friendliness was the only perk in the hotel but other than that the hotel was a mess"

"the staff person for breakfast was exceptional. Consistently kept breakfast foods replenished, cleaned tables as needed, friendly, always asking if we needed anything. Best of all her smiles makes the day start with a happy feeling."

"Excellent hotel! The breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hotel was clean. The only issue was with the frequency of house keeping. They’d only do light house keeping stuff after 4 nights of your stay. That means if you are staying for exactly 4 nights, don’t be surprised if the room hasn’t been vacuumed or the bathroom still has soaking wet towels. If not for this policy, the hotel is 5/5."

"Wonderful find. (A little hard to find the entrance in the dark) We arrived late after a walking tour in Salem. Our first room the heater didn't work and the guy from the office came down immediately, then moved us to another room. Both were CLEAN and well updated. We lamented that we were only staying the one night."

"I had the accessibility room. The refrigerator didn’t work , the blinds wouldn't go down. As soon as I sat on the bed I felt the springs on my backside. The other half of the bed was hard as a brick. My room was changed , because of the blinds and same situation they would go down. It was so late I didn’t want to call again or bother switching to another room, so I had to manually pull the blinds down by twisting them in & looping them to go down. My first time at a Hilton & It’s nit gtg e experience I expected at all. Beautiful lobby rooms are underwhelming & beds need upgrades fux the blinds. I got the worst sleep ever!! None!!"
