"Great place and wonderful hosts. It is actually 3 units and the middle unit is the one you're renting. It doesn't have a dedicated parking spot. We had 2 cars and that was difficult but worked out fine. You may want a white noise machine as the road is fairly busy. We would stay again!"

"Elsio , our host, was responsive and friendly . Our requests were handled quickly and perfectly. We would highly recommend this rental and the space looked like the photos provided.This rental is a second floor apartment in a historic (late 1800’s) house that has been converted into rental units. The apartment was sparkling clean, and the bedrooms were quite large. We stayed in winter, so we didn’t use the outdoor facilities. The stairs to the apartment are indoors (which was fantastic when the weather turned snowy.)Our favorite space was the dining room in the morning. It was bright and filled with the morning light . It was the perfect place to enjoy our morning cup of tea. BTW an electric kettle in the kitchen made it a snap to make our tea.Our group found both beds comfortable and each bedroom as well as the living room had large tv’s installed. It seems the decor is a minimalistic look, so there are not a lot of comfort or extra items around the apartment for guest use (eg:condiments, spices or extra cooking ingredients like oil or flour & sugar, or oven/baking pans, mixing bowls, k-cups for the coffee maker, shampoo, and tissues were not provided, so bring your own extras to make your stay comfortable. A 4 piece place setting (except only 3 mugs) of tableware and flatware is provided. "

"What a cozy little spot? It was as described, our host was very accommodating and communicative, and its a good location, a nice neighborhood close to town as well as highways. We very much enjoyed our stay and will look to stay again when we're in the area"

"The rental worked out well for us and our dog. Quiet building with easy parking. We weren’t cooking so the kitchen amenities were fine. Gil was a great host with great communication. Made coming and going for a family wedding 20 minutes away convenient. "

"stay was very comfortable had good access to area. stay was 6 days and we had a couple of minor issues that Gil took care of ASAP. I would give it a 5 star but there a extreme bad oidor in fridge that made our food taste and smelll bad. i felt this odor was from the filter in the Icemaker. "
