"Beautiful hotel. Large rooms. Staff was great. Quiet. Our only complaint was hair on our towels, shower walls and some coffee stains on kitchen counters. Automatic lights in the bathrooms were weird too and very finicky. Other than that it was a great experience. "

"I’ve stayed here multiple times, but this visit was very disappointing. There were two employees at the front desk—one was polite and helpful, but the younger staff member was rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me while I was asking a question, and when I went downstairs, her attitude didn’t improve. Customer service like this is unacceptable."

"The front desk area and bar was nice and clean. The room and bathroom was also nice. The only complaint I have is that our car tires were slashed in the middle of the night so I am hesitant to book this hotel in the future."

"My husband and I arrived early and were able to check in with no problem. The options for parking were clearly explained. We chose the municipal garage, as it is directly across the street. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. All staff, and especially Terry at the bar, were fabulous. Checkout was easy. We feel that the price for the location and service is a good value. We will return to this hotel when we stay in Portsmouth."
